SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SScoreCompute's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of SScoreCompute's GPU cloud, AI data center, and related services.
2. Services Description
SScoreCompute provides on-demand GPU compute infrastructure, including NVIDIA H100, H200, B300, and GB300 NVL72 GPUs hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms. Our services are provided on a pay-per-use basis and include:
- On-demand GPU cloud compute (cloud.sscorecompute.com)
- Enterprise AI data center services (datacenter.sscorecompute.com)
- AI agent infrastructure and tooling
- Associated storage, networking, and support services
SScoreCompute reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To access SScoreCompute services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
- One account per individual or organization unless otherwise agreed in writing
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Billing & Payment
SScoreCompute bills for GPU compute usage on a per-hour basis, denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD). All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
- Billing begins when a GPU instance is provisioned and ends when it is terminated
- All fees are in CAD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due monthly via credit card or pre-approved payment method
- Unused credits or prepaid amounts are non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment
Applicable taxes (including HST/GST) will be added to invoices for Canadian customers as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SScoreCompute services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Mining cryptocurrency or conducting blockchain operations not explicitly permitted
- Running workloads that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Using services to harm, harass, or defraud others
- Violating the terms of AWS, Azure, or NVIDIA licensing agreements
- Reselling compute capacity without prior written approval
SScoreCompute reserves the right to immediately terminate service to any user found violating these policies.
6. Service Level Agreement
SScoreCompute targets 99.9% monthly uptime for all production GPU instances. In the event of downtime attributable to SScoreCompute (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events), customers may be eligible for service credits.
- 99.0% – 99.9% uptime: 10% credit of affected monthly charges
- 95.0% – 99.0% uptime: 25% credit of affected monthly charges
- Below 95.0%: 50% credit of affected monthly charges
Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA violations. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.
7. Data & Privacy
SScoreCompute respects your privacy and handles your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- We do not access or view your workload data without your consent
- Data stored on SScoreCompute infrastructure remains your property
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless required by law
- We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SScoreCompute's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
SScoreCompute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may terminate by ceasing use of services and closing your account. SScoreCompute may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. Outstanding charges remain due and payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
